The biggest problem facing our community is providing the services our residents want or need within the Township budget. In the next 4 years, I will continue to be fiscally responsible and a good steward of Township resources; Update lighting for the Township with LED lights – safer and more energy efficient; Continue to update parks and equipment; Build a Service Building to store and protect Township equipment; Renovate and expand Police Department; Work to provide video coverage of meetings; Complete Fairfield Township Veteran’s Memorial. I will promote a safe, vibrant community where families can thrive with recreational activities, strong local schools, and the best police, fire, and service departments available. Continue fiscal responsibility through economic development with a pro-business atmosphere to lessen taxpayer burden, promoting a healthy and sustainable economy.
I have lived in Fairfield Township for 29 years and have served 16 years on the board of trustees. I have voted to build the new fire station, voted to pay off $5 million in township debt, voted to update the dog park, voted for and was involved in the planning of the new Shafer’s Run playground improvement, voted to increase police staffing and the hiring of full-time fire fighters and paramedics, I have supported new economic development in Fairfield Township in Story Point Senior Living services, and new retail. Previously supported development of Bridgewater Falls, East Butler YMCA, Princeton Road corridor. Initiated and supported the Fairfield Township Road Maintenance Program including Dura Patch and Crack Seal paving, Voted to expand the Services Department (snow plowing, landscape, road maintenance), Instituted internal controls on discretionary spending, Supported stopping multi-family housing in the Meadows of Indian Springs.
Proper zoning is the key to our future development. Our zoning should protect our current residents while allow for a mixture of business and commercial growth. Another key to our development is our infrastructure improvements. Both are important parts of growing our local economy. I have worked to encourage high paying jobs all the while protecting our residential neighborhoods such as the Gilmore road widening coming soon. I would continue to protect our current residents while controlling the future commercial and business growth. I have voted against the zone change off of Liberty Fairfield road because it changed the integrity of the neighborhood. I voted against the MI homes project because the lots were smaller with less expensive houses as well as the demands of the applicant. I would NOT vote to subsidize residential development with your tax dollars.
More and more residents are asking for sidewalks, walking paths and/or bike paths and I support the connecting of our neighborhoods with sidewalks, etc. With our township debt greatly reduce by paying off $5 million of debt, I would support a program to connect our neighborhoods to each other and the commercial center of our township. If we continue spending discipline and good stewardship of Township resources, we can start the process to do just that. By paying off the debt, the township is saving hundred of thousands of dollars of interest each year. Also, I would work to update lighting for the Township with LED lights – safer and more energy efficient, continue to update parks and equipment, build a Service Building to store and protect Township equipment, renovate and expand Police Department. With spending discipline, we can achieve these things without additional taxes.I will work to provide video coverage of meetings and complete Fairfield Township Veteran’s Memorial.

Some of the biggest issues in our community are similar to what other Ohio townships face. Those issue center around funding. Local government funding is less than it was in past years. We need to do more with less. I intend to make sure Fairfield Township spends responsibly. I will do my due diligence for the residents, like cut any unneeded spending and find creative ways to save and build our assets. I will never sacrifice our core services such as: Police, Fire, zoning, roads and resident safety. I will use my experience to support and encourage appropriate economic development and growth. Community development is vital- I want to build appropriate businesses and real estate growth for the community while preserving what makes Fairfield Township a great place to live and grow our families. I look to offer more activities and events that enhance community pride and togetherness.
I have served 2 years as an appointed volunteer on the Fairfield Township Zoning Commission and Community Improvement Corporation. I am a Nationally recognized successful Realtor and the #3 Remax agent in the state of Ohio. I was featured in the October edition of Cincinnati Real Producers magazine for being a trusted local top producer. I know how to make things run successfully. I excel in teamwork, resolutions and healthy relationships. I have been a Fairfield Township resident for 17+ years proudly raising my family here in our township. I truly love and believe in our community and want to serve and lead in a greater capacity. I bring a fresh perspective and a collaborative spirit. I view serving as a Township Trustee as a public servantry opportunity and eagerly look forward to being an intricate vessel for taking the township to the next level. As I currently do, prior to making decisions, I gather necessary and required information from many sources to make informed decisions.
As a top producing Realtor and greatly connected woman in the township, I know what current and potential new residents are looking for in a community. I will leverage that knowledge and experience to provide those things in the most positive and appropriate manner. I have developed personal relationships and resources to understand what drives families to and away from Fairfield Township. In my roll with the Community Improvement Corporation, I have worked to encourage economic development. We have partnered with Habitat For Humanity to make improvements in the Five Points area. We have partnered with Fairfield City Schools to create a place for future development. The CIC has been, and will continue to be, an excellent tool for driving economic development. Most importantly, I am excited to offer businesses the opportunity to locate in our vibrant growing community. Fairfield Township is a strong and vibrant community open for business!
I offer a fresh and a younger outlook! I believe that it’s critical to continue to provide quality core services to our community. With my personal connections in the township I will be a great liaison between the residents and township Administration. Our residents deserve only the best support. The township has made great strides in strengthening fire, police, zoning, roads and safety, but I want to grow it deeper in adding unity among the officials and making sure our visions line up in one accord. One of my top priorities will be to create more opportunities that encourage public events uniting our families, residents and community. I want to keep a close eye on our parks and support the parks committee team. I intend to build and protect our real estate investments to the fullest. I am a huge supporter and donor to our Fairfield City Schools and athletics. Faith, Family and Fairfield Township.
My faith is what drives every decision in my life, both personally and professionally. I have worked hard to build a reputation and legacy that is something to be proud of. My moral compass is centered in Christ. I want to be a light and a blessing for those whom I work with and serve. Daily prayer and devotions will keep me focussed and refreshed ensuring that the residents of Fairfield Township can rest confidently when electing me that I am the best woman for the job. After a mission trip I took to Haiti I have found a new heart for missions and for Haiti! I currently volunteer at a nonprofit retail store in downtown Hamilton called "Made to Love" where all the proceeds pay for Haitians children to go to school. I also sponsor 2 children in an orphanage in Haiti called Destiny Village. As well as give a portion of every one of my closings to a nonprofit org. called Homes 4 Homes which is building homes for deserving families in 3rd world countries.
