Voter Guide

The counties included in the voters guide for the Nov. 5, 2019 elections are: Montgomery, Warren, Miami, Greene, Clark, Champaign, and Butler.

NOTE: Not all communities have issues or candidates on the ballot. Guide does not include uncontested races.

Shall Section 6 and Section 29 of the Charter of the Village of Yellow Springs be amended as follows:New text is shown in boldface underlined print. GENERAL ELECTION LAWS TO APPLYAll residents of the Village of Yellow Springs who are 16 years of age and older shall be electors and are eligible to vote for Yellow Springs local issues and elected officials pursuant to the home rule power and granted by this Charter.The general election laws of the State of Ohio shall control in all elections except as otherwise provided by this Charter.SECTION 29. MAYORThe Mayor shall meet the same qualifications as a member of Council and shall be nominated and elected for a term of two four years, commencing with the November 1973 2021 general election.
